If i am reading the letter correctly, they would be looking for accommodation etc in Qld when it all happens? If so, is this something you might be able to throw some expressions of interest out to previous trekkers? Im sure there are many trekkers in the relevant geographical area who would be more than happy to provide accommodation and meals to the boys......? what an awesome opportunity for some of the boys!
